Josko's villa was perfect for us and even better than expected. He was great with communication and very helpfully throughout. The villa is well equipped and thought out. The outside BBQ and cooking area are great and indoors it has everything you could want. It's 10 minute drive to Omiš but this means you get complete peace and quiet at night and privacy by day. Omiš itself is an amazing place and having visited Split during our stay (20 minutes drive) we were very happy with location. Thank you for an amazing stay.

This is great energy efficient villa just outside of Omis. We couldn't decide where to stay in Croatia and this location worked out great for us. We traveled to Split, Trogir, Krka and even to Dubrovnik from here. We loved being just outside of the small town of Omis and away from the business of cities. Each afternoon we returned to the villa was so relaxing and waking up to quietness and beautiful hillside scenery was amazing. Many excursions in Omis to choose from, lots of nice restaurants, shops and beaches. Highly recommend.

Fantastic property equipped with everything you could need and if you find it isn’t, the friendly and helpful owners will provide it for you. Great communication with the owners. The property is of a really high spec and in a peaceful location with stunning scenery. We really didn’t want to leave, would definitely come back. So much to do in the nearby town of Omis and Split, Krka National Park and Trogir are all an easy drive away.

Our stay with Josko and Blazenka was fabulous! Their home and hospitality are what made this trip so special. We were an intergenerational group comprised of a retired couple, three young professionals and a toddler. We all had a wonderful time there. Our toddler was very sad to leave this morning, and so were we. This home is absolutely beautiful, pristine and welcoming. You will feel at home the moment you step in. Josko and Blazenka were full of attention, even going through the trouble of leaving us fresh vegetables, or having a neighbour drop off some peaches for our daughter. Thanks to Josko's tips and knowledge of the region, we were able to trace my husband's genealogical background. Naklice is a lovely village, very much alive with young children and a nice tavern (konoba). There are many beautiful beaches to go to along the road from Omis. We recommend that you ask Josko for advice on where to eat or where to park along the coast. He's got a few tips to share. Thank you for a very special visit!

The Villa Donari is really very beautiful. It has everything you need both inside and out to spend a wonderful holiday. The somewhat isolated location is ideal for relaxing away from traffic and noise. The owners were very kind, friendly and available both on arrival and during the holiday, ready to help for any need. Communication has always been excellent.
Definitely a positive experience to repeat.

We had a wondeful time at Villa Donari and couldn't rate it highly enough. The house is even better than on the pictures, so well thought out for family living and the location is perfect among the hills. Throughout the week our hosts kept in touch offering local tips for days out and places to eat and were kind enough to bring us a breakfast basket on the Sunday and a delicious cake later in the week. The area itself is wonderful with plenty to keep a family occupied – gorgeus surroundings, beaches and towns to explore.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Donari!
Josko and Blazenka were warm, friendly and had suggestions on where to eat and things to do.
The location is perfect. Close enough to the various villages but far enough to provide a peaceful retreat. The Villa itself was wonderful; large, comfortable, exceptionally clean, stocked with all the necessities. We took day trips to Split and Dubrovnik but always rushed back to enjoy time in the pool.
Josko and Blazenka generously provided welcome snacks so we didn’t have to rush out to the store. Then they shared fresh vegetables from their gardens and offered tomatoes and herbs from the Villa’s garden.
We loved our stay at Villa Donari and look forward to returning for a longer stay.

There was plenty of room for our group consisting of six adults and three children. We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was really tidy and well-equipped and Josko and Blazenka couldn't have been more kind and thoughtful hosts. When they found out that we are big consumers of coffee (like all the full-grown Finns!) they brought us a filter coffee maker alongside the coffee-capsule machine. They also surprised us bringing a couple of extra sun loungers. It was nice, too, that we were allowed to freely use the vegetables growing around the Villa. Talking about the surrounding of the Villa: it is amazing! We cycled and hiked a lot. There were couple of little bit cold and windy days which were perfect for those activities.
